How to resolve "iPhone 4 is disabled - connect to iTunes" without losing data
- My friends got hold of my iPhone without my knowing and changed my iPhone passcode
- I incorrectly entered in my passcode several times until my iPhone said "iPhone is disabled - connect to iTunes"
- I recently moved house and the computer (Windows XP) I use to sync my iPhone 4 with iTunes got damged in transit and will no longer work
- I am unable to back up my data or restore my iPhone using iTunes
- As a result, I can't use my iPhone
- I rang Apple Customer Care who couldn't help, they said I need to use a computer to restore my iPhone, but I risk losing my data 😟
Does anyone know how to solve this without losing all the data on my iPhone and without using a computer? Is it possible to remotely change the passcode or unblock the iPhone using Mobile Me?
Thank you!
Ryan
