Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

"We're sorry, we cannot complete your request on the iTunes Store at this time."

When I try to sign-in to the iTunes store, I get the following error message:


"We're sorry, we cannot complete your request on the iTunes Store at this time."


And I've tried it on several different computers... same problem.

iTunes for Windows-OTHER, Windows 7

Seems that time is the great healer. This was a new account so maybe something to do with it. Reasonably frustrating though when you buy something, believe you have done all the right things and then this happens, you waste a lot of time because you are not sure if you have done something, wrong. Recommend that if you can log into support forums then likely that problem is with iTunes and you simply wait. Don't bother looking thru support forum for better solutions as there does not appear to be any.
