Hi all, how do I get my shaw email to work in the outgoing? I cannot seem to get it back online and am out of Canada right now. The inbox is working fine for the shaw email, but not the outbox. Spent 10 waiting on Applecare and gave up.
You probably can't use the Shaw SMTP server unless you're on Shaw's network. Try the webmail interface.
So what can I do then??
Use webmail.
Open an email account with a non-ISP provider.
Set up a VPN into your home or office network.
Webmail means you skip the email program and use a Web Browser to access your mail on your ISP's Web site. Once logged in there, you can read your mail and send new emails no problem.
Help my outgoing shaw email does not work out of Canada!
