Yo, so after like several months of using my touch, the camera is now frozen and unusable. It is stuck at the shutter screen thingy 😕.
Im not sure of the cause, but I have resetted my ipod, turned it fully off for about 15 min. and restored the settings. Now im stumped because its summer and i have no camera ! 😠
I just needa know what else i can do to fix my problem and maybe even the cause.

Try first restoring the iPod from backup. If still problem then restore the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod. If still a problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. The "stuck shutter" is a not uncommon problem. To find more about it, use the communities search function in the upper right and search for: stuck AND shutter.
i have done all of this and there is no luck but i am afraid of sending it to apple or even bringing it up on the phone because my ipod is jailbroken but that has nothing to do with the problem i would be greatful to anyone who can tell me a solution but i am hoping ios 5 will fix it😠
