Identification Details dont match

I have signed up for this app iOS developer package and I didn't pay with my card though. Am I the only one whose paid with another card not mine? I used my sons card because he's just under 18 and couldn't sign up for the development package himself. Now i'm told to fax this form off. is this really necessary or is there a way around this. Please help. I wanted to start developing on the weekend:)
