no new pictures or videos were found on this device iphone

when im trying to transfer photos from iphone to PC .It shows "no new pictures or videos were found on this device iphone" . but photos are still there in iphone

im using windows 7 OS . what will be the issue ? any fixes ?

iPhone 3GS, Windows 7
