Ultravnc stops working

Ultravnc viewer works fine but if I keep it untouched for a few seconds (like a minute or so) it will not work, it will show everything but the mouse doesn't work and the image shown is not updated.

Why is that?

Also is there a way to tell Ultravlc to stop asking for password every time?
