Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
After installation this window popped up and I ca'n use Itunes.
I don't get what it means by insufficient priviliges because I'm the only user of this computer and the only profile.
Im currently running a 2007 HP dual core 64bit with Windows Vista with Service Pack 1.

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes but won't even let me do that. I have a new iphone 5S that I can't use because I can't get into iTunes!!!!!!!!!!!
