When attempting to install a downloaded .dmg file, I encounter a 'Warning' message, which says "The following disk images couldn't be opened"... Reason: not recognized. Any suggestions please?

The file is incomplete or damaged. Try downloading again.

Thanks Sig.

I found that although the file appeared to have downloaded properly, it was the cause of the error message.

I made sure I was using a more reliable internet connection before downloading the files again. This time it worked.
