Buying Hi res glossy screen

I'm not from the states, but a friend is going over there for one week and i want him to buy me a macbook pro 15-inch. I wanted to know if the retailers at Miami sells the macbook pro 15-inch hi res glossy screen, or if there is another option (like buying it online and shipping it to the apple store so my friend can go pick it up).

The last thing i wanted to know.... is there another option for contacting a specific apple store retailer, besides calling them by phone? Like an email contact address (i couldn't find one).
