Safari quits unexpectedly
iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
Have you done any troubleshooting. Are you on the same page when it quits or totally different sites? Also just to double check are you using Safari 5.0.5?
How much RAM does the computer have?

hello, i have the same problem with safari...what can i do?
I am having similar issues. My computer has 1 GB RAM. need to add another GB. if yes where would I buy. i am feeling brave enough to install it myself but dont know how to go about it in a mac (first mac ever). pls advise. i am using safari 5.0.6

There are excellent people there who will get you help faster than by mining up a month-old post. Alwasy start you own thread to get the most effective assistance here. When you post there, be sure to include your computer model, Operating system version, and Safari version to avoid people having to ask--if they must ask for those important details, that slows your getting an answer.
Go to Libray>preferences and drag the file 'com.apple.safari.plist' from there to desktop. Restart safari then. Hope this will work.
