Allocation memory of MAC OS X

Good day to all!

I'd love to look into the situation and find a way out of it. We are musicians organists from Russia. For the sake of using the program Hauptwerk v4 we have bought iMAC as possible for iMac memory-16GB. All the means at our disposal, we could not find any settings to alter the mechanism for allocating memory in Mac OS X to disable virtual memory and give the opportunity to workon Hauptverk real memory. Of the 16 GB of installed SYSTEM HW4 receives only 10 ! Moscow office of Apple said that our problem is solvedby using terminal commands support which in Russia is not spent. What do we do? For clarity, the situation put the screenshots on that is easy to see the problem:

As noted in the description presented when you first entered as a member, Apple Support Communities (these forums) is a user-to-user collection of forums. There is almost never a response from Apple's tech support staff.

Please be patient. Most, though certainly not all, responders are in the US. This is a Sunday, which tends to reduce participation somewhat; and it is also the middle day of a 3-day holiday weekend. It may be a while before someone knowledgeable in this matter gets to read this thread.
