We from nova media have just released an HTC to Mac sync solution. It is called FoneSync for Android. Check out http://www.novamedia.de for details.

FYI... the first link response to your question is not a good service..this link allows you to use it for free only for a short period of time then they want you to BUY their service. If you change your mind about the download, it forces you accept either way..free trial or buy. My suggestion is to NOT use this service. In order for you to close out the window (which you will know what I'm talking about once you decide to download), you will need to open FINDER and drag both download and installed info to the TRASH. Also get the copy posted into APPLICATIONS dragged into the trash too.
There is NO HTC SYNC avail through Apple. You are at your own risk of a 3rd party service.
I will check into the second link that someone else posted to see if it's a bad service as well. Just make sure for now you back up your phone to your SD card. If you are out of room with once SD, its worth going to COSTCO and buying a larger memory SD card. I did.
