If you have the iPad BB on your 3GS then pretty soon you will not be able to do anything. Not sure what you were asking about with this query though.
sorry i messed up writing the question anyways my question is since my iPhone 3GS has the iPad baseband 16.15.00 can i put iPad iOS on my iPhone or is it stuck on iPhone iOS with iPad baseband and unable to update to any iOS that will come out in the future?
You're stuck. Since your phone is Jailbroken, terms of use prohibit further assistance to you.
You will not be able to go legit again until Apple release an iphone OS that matches the ipads with a compatible BB, and that may never happen as we are now waiting for 5.0. They are just not compatible.
