Attendance Register Template

I've noticed a school attendance template available for Numbers under iOS, but wondering if there's one similar available for Numbers under Mac OS X. Looking to modify something like this to cater for an attendance records to gym classes for a personal trainer/gym instructor. Ideally would like to be able to view/edit/develop under Mac OS X, then use an iPad in class to register those that have attended, those that have paid, those that need to pay, and those that are coming for free etc. Numbers could then be used to output the attendance register to a CSV for import into a CRM or Campaign Monitor for email campaigns.

I know it's asking a lot, but something to get me started would be great.

Create a document with the iPad template.

Export it to your mac.

Open it with Numbers for mac.

Make the wanted changes.

Save it as a custom template.
