ok for migration from mobile me to another provider, done, that's ok , but blog , counter, and other function don't work.
i hope apple remove all block and permit full functionality like in mobile me!

You can use lots of other alternatives - so for a blog counter got somewhere like http://www.hitcounterexpert.com and create your hit counter for free and then copy and paste the code into an html snippet and click Apply.
As for blog comments have a look at http://www.intensedebate.com. This is free and you can add comments to your blog like this. Also look at http://www.widgetbox.com as an alternative.
Your other option of course is to use something like WordPress.com or .org - http://wordpress.com or http://wordpress.org or http://www.posterous.com as a blog and create a link to it from your website so that if you use these, then they will still accept comments. They can be designed to look similar to your site design too, so you have many options available to you. You just need to do your research fully.
