When I print an image from Aperture, any whites that are clipped will come out as black on the final image. Its as if the 'show hot and cold' setting is switched on and applying itself to the printed output. This happens no matter which printer I print to or even if I don't print but just use print preview. If I use lightroom on the other hand using the same computer and image, its all OK. Whats happening?

I hav exactly the same problem - has cost me lots of money (ink and paper). I have no solution, sorry. I have reported the bug three times to Apple - but they don't act...
Of course, there is a work around: export your photos as full res jpegs, reimport, check again for highlight/black clipping, adjust, print...

This is a rather annoying problem. Hard to believe this hasn't been addressed yet.

These images that are not printing or viewing in-correctly... they wouldnt happen to have a knocked out transparancy in the image from PS would they. My knocks print with black. Also if you saved images in PS with masks saved as channels that might cause problems too.
