How do I charge my iPhone in London? Do I use the regular cable and just need a plug adaptor?

yes -- because I seriously am not sure if I just need a different plug or a converter -- and I'd rather ask a silly question of people who know than blow my phone. ;-)
Haha, they both give off the same amount of voltage as it does in North America. You just need a european adapter. Or get a USB wall Charger that is European, or charge via USB using a computer, satalite box or cable box. Basically anything with a USB port.

Regular cable and euro adapter will be fine. If you're still with doubt, make a backup. That way if your phone does blow (highly unlikely) you can get it replaced and you'll be where you left off with the backup.
Hi Nancy: You need only a plug adapter. The charger units are able to be used with voltages from 110v - 240V
