iOS Provisioning Portal

I have an iOS Developer membership that I paid 99$ for and have gotten approved and still I cannot get into the iOS Provisioning Portal. I am logged in with my appleID. I think I know where I should find the iOS Provisioning Portal (http://developer.apple.com/devcenter/ios/index.action) but there is not such option for me. I also find it strange that it says Join the iOS Developer Program all over the place even though I'm logged in. Could there be something wrong with my account. Pls advice.
