CRAM-MD5 Authentication Fails with Outlook Express

My Server (10.3.9) is set-up to accept only CRAM-MD5 authentication for IMAP and SMTP. My Macs running Entourage have no trouble authenticating to the mail server via this method.

However, I can't seem to get a PC client running Outlook Express to authenticate. I get the message "CRAM-MD5 authentication failed. None of the authentication methods supported on your IMAP server (if any) are supported on this computer."

Any suggestions?

Outlook and Outlook Express do not support Cram-MD5. You must enable additional login methods on your server if you wish to cater to those clients.
