Site just published with no feeds working!

Hi,

Earlier today I logged into 'public site manager' (PSM) and hit 'publish' to make our site live in the store; a few hours later I got the email back stating that the site was in the store so I eagerly went to look & sure enough it was, however none of the feeds seem to work! 😮

PSM never complained about any of the feeds and everything looked OK as far as I could tell.

The feeds work OK in iTunes when manually added & also in Apple Mail too so not sure what's wrong 😕

Our site - http://itunes.apple.com/gb/institution/newcastle-university/id432475835

An example feed - https://lectopia.ncl.ac.uk/lectopia/podcast.lasso?ut=15753&feed=7&key=25f4bc9ad0 1cc5b13127b58a98ae8d88

This is all very embarrassing to say the least so I'd appreciate any pointers asap 😊

TIA,

Mark

The feeds you provided for your site are behind an https web server and our caching servers do not support https. In order to provide the better download performance to content consumers, we recommend against https feeds so that content can be cached by our systems as needed. Caching also help offload direct traffic to your servers for popular content.

In the future we will provide better notification services for soft feed failures.

-Thanks
