    Fixed it!

    I feel a bit stupid about it. I did something I normally never do. I restarted my MacBookPro. This solved the problem.

    Hello Terence,

     

    I believe you have helped me in the past. My iphoto library of 90,000 photos keeps getting an error message that is cannot be backed up. Long story short, after working with apple and WD (iPhoto on external HD and used to back it up on two other external HD) I need to go to a geek to recover the data...so I'm told.

     

    I started a NEW library after 12 plus years and there was a power outage a week ago and now a few events show that palm symbol and say 0 photos but if I go in photos are there but when I try and take the whole event to get it to Picasso  in hopes of saving it the event errrors on a photo...are the photos there...very worried I never will love iphoto again...experts have been telling me to start a new lilbrary for years and now this happens.

     

    Please help.
