Youtube not loading?

YouTube on my macbook pro is not loading. Some websites did start loading at a ery slow rate but youtube is not loading at all. I have renewed my DHCP licence i have put new dns 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220. also doing a traceroute with network utility and only getting
