How can I enable cached logoins on an active directory network?
I have been given the task of setting up about 40 macbooks on my 300+ Windows network running Active Directory (Welcome me to the Mac world..... now!)
I am able to bind them fine and log in with my AD user accounts and such, quite simple actually, I was impressed....
What isn't so impressive is that the Mac apparently doesn't default to caching the AD login information by default like a Windows laptop does.
Example:
My users can log in to their macbook when on my network.
At home, my users can NOT log in using their AD user name and password.
How can I set the macbooks to cache this login information?
Thanks in advance.
