RAND() and RANDBETWEEN()

The function reference describes both functions in detail.

iWork Formulas and Functions User Guide does the same and from my point of view it is easier to use .

To be the AW6 successor, iWork MUST integrate a TRUE DB, not a list organizer !

Hi Mary,

Adding to the suggestions above, a note that the iWork Formulas and Functions User Guide is easily searchable, quite readable, and may be downloaded through the Help menu in Numbers '09.

Ditto for the Numbers '09 User Guide, which is usefu fro an overview of Numbers '09 and how it works.

Barry
