reset apple id

Hi. Last week i changed the PW for my app store apple ID. Stupidly I didn't write down my new PW and due to a hacking issue, I didn't use my real date of birth (one of the security questions I need to answer to get apple to allow me to change my PW). When I request to have the PW sent to my email account, no email is ever sent/received. How can I get my PW reset? Thanks (and yes, I know it was supremely stupid to not write down my new PW, DOB).
