You can upgrade to Tiger if your Mac meets v10.4 minimum requirements. Then you can run a newer version of Safari.

Those that still support Panther require 10.3.9, and you seem to be at 10.3.5. The first thing to do is use Software upfdate to get to 10.3.9--it's free.
Camino is rather good for Macs running Panther. Version 1.6.11 is ths latest that supports Panther OS, and was updated just over a year ago; still works OK with many sites, It's also free and is here:
