Is it possible to blur faces in Pro X?

I just purchased the program and can't figure out how to blur faces. Is this possible?

Hey, SimplePickup:

Those screen shots are not from the Effects browser. Those are from the Inspector in the upper right corner of the interface. The Effects browser is in the lower right panel. You reveal it by clicking the Effects button on the bar in the middle (among the buttons on the right side). Poke around and you'll find it. When you do, look for the Censor filter in the Stylize group.
