iphone 4 dropped in the pool..dead..contract up in sept. and will buy the new one. I went to ATTstore and was advised to get a pay as you go phone in the meantime, which I did, is there a way to transfer my contacts and itune music onto the new phone???is it stored in apple somewhere???I am completely phone challenged please help

Impossible to answer without knowing which new phone you have bought, what its features are, whether you are a Mac or PC user, and whether you've been syncing your contact data with a contact manager on your computer.

bought att pantechP7040P navigation, mobile web, e-mail IM, camera video capable has a microSD memory card.

I use a brand new gateway pc and have no idea in regards to your last statement..sorry

Since you aren't using any Apple products, then, you really should take this question up on a web site oriented to the Pantech. AT&T maintains a forum here where you may be able to find help:

If you've been syncing your iPhone with your PC, all your contacts should be in Outlook on your computer. If the new phone comes with some syncing software, you should be able to sync the contacts from Outlook to the new phone.

You'd be better off asking Pantech or AT&T for assistance with this though.
