Why does it keep saying cannot connect to iTunes store on my iPad

Whenever I try and open iTunes I keep getting a message that says cannot connect to iTunes store? Help. Why does this keep happening?

Do you have access to the internet when you are trying to access the iTunes Store?

I've rebooted my iPad, and the game and iTunes are both working fine. Only problem I am having now I's that I have been charged for a game I purchased ( the game I couldn't open) but now I can get on the game it's saying I need to upgrade to carry on playing, but I all ready have. I have had an email from iTunes to confirm I've brought game but when I click on report problem it takes me back to iTunes then it says cannot connect to iTunes store!!!!

Well you're just a problem there John! 😉


1. If you already downloaded and paid for a game, you can't be charged for it again, so you can delete it from your iPad and redownload it. OR


2. Connect your iPad to your computer via USB and in iTunes, sync your iPad, then open it by clicking on it from the left side of your screen. Once open, click on the apps button above and make sure you sync the game over.


Again, once you've paid for something you can't be charged again.......you'll get this sorted.
