Whenever I try and open iTunes I keep getting a message that says cannot connect to iTunes store? Help. Why does this keep happening?

    Do you have access to the internet when you are trying to access the iTunes Store?

    Yes I have Internet, it's on my iPad. Everything else works ok apart from iTunes and also a game I have purchased. When I try and open the game it just turns it self off!

    Got it......I'd reboot your iPad.  Hold the power and home buttons at the same time for at least 10 least seconds (keep holding past the swipe to shut down bar if it appears) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will reset.  After it comes back to life, try going into iTunes and let us know if you can.

    I've rebooted my iPad, and the game and iTunes are both working fine. Only problem I am having now I's that I have been charged for a game I purchased ( the game I couldn't open) but now I can get on the game it's saying I need to upgrade to carry on playing, but I all ready have. I have had an email from iTunes to confirm I've brought game but when I click on report problem it takes me back to iTunes then it says cannot connect to iTunes store!!!!

    Well you're just a problem there John! 

     

    1.  If you already downloaded and paid for a game, you can't be charged for it again, so you can delete it from your iPad and redownload it.  OR

     

    2.  Connect your iPad to your computer via USB and in iTunes, sync your iPad, then open it by clicking on it from the left side of your screen.  Once open, click on the apps button above and make sure you sync the game over.

     

    Again, once you've paid for something you can't be charged again.......you'll get this sorted.

    You'll find it much more effective if you start your own thread and offer some information about what is happening, when it started, what you've tried to, etc.

    Can someone please help me as well. Im having the same problem. When I click on iTunes app, it states Cannot connect to iTunes Store. ;(

    I heave rebooted my iPad but it's still the same show up that cannot connect to iTunes..please help me??

    Sial betul.. I do like that,noting change.. Going like this for a month,wase my money to by apple product..arrg..
