Perhaps the easiest way to do the transfer would be to drop the Windows file into a 8 gig thumb drive and plug it into the Mac. Whether it could be translated to usable condition in OS 9 is a question, however.
You could also email the file, as an attachment, to the OS 9 machine from the Windows machine. Again, translation could be a problem. If it's pictures, should be OK. Hope this helps.
Ok, the only flash drive I have is 4gb, and my email will only allow 25mb attachments. So neither of those'll work. The file is a disk image that I want to burn onto a dvd to update the os. On the pc, the image burning software wont work, so I'm trying with the mac. Will I run into problems trying to burn the disk on the mac?

You may be able to use an Ethernet cable to connect the two together. You may also need to use an Ethernet crossover cable, depending on what type of Mac you have.
