Mail wants to use the login keychain

After start up I get the above question, and it prompts me for my password.

How can I get rid of this?

Tried to verify the keychain, but it does not find any mistakes, so nothing to repair.

If I quit and restart mail, this dialog does not show, so it has something to do with start up.
