Why does iTunes go nuts when I convert videos?

Everytime I convert them in iTunes, it goes wild. This time it even reached 250(!)% and my CPU reached 85 degrees (Cº)!

It's creeping me out, what if the little wires near my CPU melt or something in there blows up? It's not healty and this is a serious bug..

What to do?
