What do you mean by "read all emails in"? The problem is I can't get my messages out of Mail and into Preview in the first place. There is no way to drag and drop messages from Mail into an empty Preview window and when I try to select all messages and then go File > Print > PDF, Mail produces a PDF of the first email but then crashes saying "Error while printing".

if that was a screen shot it didn't come through
When I select multiple emails in Mail and then go File > Print > PDF I just get a simple error dialog that says "Error: Error while printing"

In this thread some people want to automatically create one PDF per message, and some people want all selected messages to go into a single PDF. For the second group, this seems to work:
That is, it seems to create a single PDF with all of the messages inside it.

@radio50, I'm in the first group
@Lex: That screenshot also did not come through -- it just shows a local file path, no actual image embed. Perhaps dragging an dropping an image doesn't work in the forums? Or for some reason the image upload tool isn't working.

It shows Preview with a pdf open in which 3 mails are.
The method is in radios post.
there is also a third party application that is used as backup application and that put whole mailboxes in a large pdf file. I forgot the name but is was mentioned in one of the threads about half a year ago.

(I've set Preview's Preferences to open all files in one window but it doesn't, it keeps opening multiple emails individually.)
I can drag-drop emails singly into DIRs outside of Mail.app. Is there a key combination I can press which would let me drag-drop multiple emails to a Directory outside of Mail.app?

Yes rumshizzle you have well described that by using Outlook print option only one email can be saved as PDF, but this may takes more time even you have 100 or more emails. As solution you can deploy any trusted application like PST Xtractor that allows bulk conversion for Outlook emails to PDF with attachments section. After using this program you can get extra option to include or exclude email header with emails (unique features). Also here is no need to install Outlook or Acrobat to complete your task.

I have emails that have pdf attachments displayed as icons. When I export as pdf, the attachment shows up as a picture only. The pdf file loses the ability to click on the attachment to open it. This only happens sometimes. Other times, it works fine and I can click the icon inside my pdf and open it. On my emails that show the attachment inline, I have no problem savings as pdf. But I have not been able to convert the icon attachments to inline once I receive the email.
