How do I reactivate my Apple ID?

My ID was disabled, because I couldn't pay my bills. After I paid this bills my Click&Buy Account is enabled but my Apple ID is still blocked. What should I do now?

I paid that bill today with an online same-day transfer .. so maybe I have to wait a little bit more ?!
