Going back-and-forth between Logic Express and GarageBand?

Obviously, GarageBand projects can be opened in Logic Express. Is there any way, once you've gone in that direction, to save a Logic Express session so that someone else who's only using GarageBand can still work with the session (and then send it back to me to work in Logic Express again)? Thanks for your help!!!
