Isync with Entourage instead of Address Book

iSync provides no support for the synchronization of any applications other iCal and the Address Book.

In general terms, what you want to do can be accomplished by using the e2Sync 'virtual device' plug-in for iSync, from e2Sync:

This software will allow iSync to synchronize Entourage, iCal and the Address Book simultaneously.

If you are a Palm user, you can use the Microsoft-provided Entourage conduit, which will allow you to synchronize your Palm handheld or smartphone with Entourage, but NOT with iCal and the Address Book.

I have an Intel iMac and have downloaded the e2Sync application, I installed it but it doesn't show up in my iSync application. There is no way for me to configure the application or even start it for that matter. Are there any known issues with the Intel Macs?

There is no specific claim of intel compatibility with the latest release of e2Sync, nor is there any warning that it is not compatible. At least one other user has reported this same problem in the Apple Discussions.

It's been almost a week and a half since I first reported this bug to them, since then I reported it again yesterday; I have not heard from them at all. They state on their website to not expect any response soon since they are a small company. I just hope that they come up with a solution to this problem ASAP.
