Hello.
I have a problem with the starting mode. My computer now is in safety mode and I can't to come back to normal mode. I was reading about this problem but I can't find exactly what can I do to change the starting mode. In this mode I can not do some actions, for example, modify volume. Please help me, is my first macbook and I don't wanna make a mistake.

Yes.. I restarted but it's keep in safety mode. I don't know why. The mode was changed when I was playing a game. All were fine but, when I tryed to modify the volume I could not do it.

What makes you think you're still in safe mode? When you start up, it will tell you you're in safe mode if you are. Are you still seeing this message?
No I never saw that message. I think I'm in safe mode because I can't modify the volume, just for that, for this I was researching in the webs and I read in some website "when you have blocked your volume is possible you are in safe mode" or similar. Maybe I am not in safe mode, but if so I am having a problem with the volume.
I don't think you're in safe mode.
On to the actual issue. Are you booted into OS X or Windows?
If Windows, I'm probably not going to be able to help.
If Mac, are you logged in to an administrator's account?
If so:
First check the S.M.A.R.T. status on your HD: Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility > in the panel at left, select the first item inthe list/your HD mechanism > look at the bottom of the main window next to S.M.A.R.T. status and see if it says “Verified” or something more ominous like“Failing.”
If it's Verified, then click on the Repair Permissions button and wait for it to finish. There will be a list of items it does not repair (for me, it's about 20 items).
After that, click on the Verify Disk button. Wait for it to finish.
If it says "appears ok" quit Disk Utility.
If it says your HD needs repair:
Boot from install disc (insert disc > restart > immediately hold down the c key and keep holding it until you see “Preparing Installation”) > at first screen select the language and click Continue > click on theUtilities Menu in the menu bar > select Disk Utility > select your HD in the panel on the left side (the name of the HD’s manufacturer and the model number, usually the top item in the list) > look at the bottom of the main window next to S.M.A.R.T. status and see if it says “Verified” (good) orsomething more ominous like “Failing.”
If S.M.A.R.T. status is "Verified," run Repair Disk > click Repair Disk at bottom of main window. Run this at least twice, and keep running it until it says “appears ok”twice in a row. If that doesn’t happen, you may need a stronger utility (such as DriveGenius, TechToolPro, DiskWarrior) or if the directory is damaged beyond repair, you may need to reinstall the OS, or you may have a damaged HD which will need to be replaced (repair utilities can only repair the directory structure, not the HD itself). When this is finished, quit Disk Utility, quit the installer, and restart. Once booted normally, go to Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility and run Repair Permissions.

Safe mode doesn't have anything to do with that. What files are you trying to modify, and what happens when you try?
Please do not waste money on commercial disk utilities such as Disk Warrior. Although they're often promoted in these forums, you don't need them. What you do need are backups.

I did all of steps you told me and my disk is ok (I saw the message "verify", tehn I put "repair permission button", then a put "verify disk" and finished telling me "the disk appears to be well". But the volume is still blocked. All of things are all right but I don't know what happen with the volume, and it's very important for my work (audiovisual).

I don't trying to modify nothing. Just the volume because is very important for my work and nothing more. I think it still in safe mode because when I was playing a game, it was blocked and I saw the message "do you want to put your computer in safe mode?" or something alike. And then everything was fine, I didn't see changes.. then I turned off my computer, and after of some hours I turn on my mac, and everything was fine, but when I wanted to decrease the volume because I was watching a video I couldn't! I don't if I am clear. Can you understand me? When I saw that the volume was blocked I researched in internet what about the problem and I could see the phrase "when the volume is block, maybe you are in safe mode" or something alike.
If you can help me, I would greatly appreciate.

So the problem is that you can't change the volume setting. In that case, you should try this:
Resetting your Mac's PRAM and NVRAM
Afterwards, you will need to open the Date & Time preference pane in System Preferences and reset your time zone.

You will not loose data if you reset the pram and nvram, Linc Davis and I done it on probally 100k+ machines

If you back up your files, you won't lose them, no matter what you do. If you don't back up your files, you will lose them, no matter what you do.
OK I will do it (reset pram and nvram). Thanks guys. I know that I have to do a back up, but I never did it with time machine because I am a new user of mac. Well, now I will reset my mac and I will reset that, then I'll tell you if I found the solution.
Guys, I tried to do that reseting the mac and pressing command+option+P+R when the computer start, i listened the starting sound two times and I released the keys. But, nothing changed. Date does not change and the time is ok, the volume is still blocked. Maybe I didn't correctly? I turn on the mac, then I pressed the keys, I listened the sound and the screen changed to black, I kept pressing keys, then when I listened the sound for second time I released the keys.
HEY GUYS LISTEN ME!! I am very happy, I don't know why but I put the headphones and the volume come back! Now i can modify the volume =) with my headphones and without it.
I don't know what was the problem but is solved.

strange!!, sounds like your audio jack was stuck in a process of attach / detaching...but all is well, have fun!
How to restart in normal mode? I can´t exit of safety mode.
