Just got me an iPad 2" installed iTunes on my pc. Have been trying to copy pics onto it but cannot do so as the photo tab on iTunes is not there. Please help as this is very frustrating.

Drag the slider on the bottom to move the page over.
Or change your computer's resolution.
Tried as suggested and nothing happens. Kindly expand on the "drag the slider" comment
If the image is too big for the screen, there will be a slider at the bottom to move the image left/right, just as there is to vertically move the image.
I really can't find this. Is it suppose to be bottom left side?
Ok, I see and get that, but I still don't see the photo tab. Is it not suppose to be under "library"?
Look at the 'tabs' on the top of the screen...
Ok! I still don't get it. Maybe I should explain what I am trying to do. I am trying to copy my photos from my pc to my iTunes so I can sync it with my iPad
Already seen and tried that. I don't even have a device's icon. The photos that I am trying to sync with my iPad is on my laptop. I have installed iTunes on my laptop and am now trying to copy it to iTunes , in order to sync it with my iPad. But don't see no device icon

Therein lies your problem.
Is your iPad plugged into your computer with iTunes open? If so and you don't see a Device, i.e. your iPad, then iTunes is not seeing your iPad, thus the reason you can't do what you want.
