How do I replace an ATI Radeon video card on my MacPro?

The ATI Radeon x1900 video card on my MacPro is failing. I need to replace it with a new/used model. Has anyone ever done this and if so, can you recommend a reliable source for a replacement card, AND, do you know where I can find instructions on how to replace the card? Thank you.

You should probably replace it with an ATI 5770 from Apple. Should come with instructions although it's easy to replace. You might check OWC to see if they have a video tutorial. They may also sell the card.
