I accidentally bought a ringtone on itunes.

I accidentally bought a ringtone on itunes. I have an ipod so there is no way I could use it. This is my first time purchasing in the store so I bought the ringtone instead of the song. Is there a way to use it or get maybe a refund?

iPod touch, iOS 4.2

Within a day, you will get a receipt email from iTunes with your purchase. Next to your purchase, click "Report a Problem." This will then take you to a form where you can explain that you accidentally bought a ringtone instead of a song, and your refund will be processed shortly.
