Accessing iTunes Portal

I am having great difficulty try to finalise our iTunesU application. I have been able to access the page sent through http://eduapp.apple.com/qforms/portal/login/itu and then when I go into manage the contract I get an internal error where the contract should appear. Then I get a 503 error and now I keep getting error and all I am see is a 503 Error:


Service unavailable!

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

I do get the login page or anything. The contact webmaster link is admin@example.com - seriously, not of any great assistance.


If someone can get in contact with me or send me an email to contact through that would be greatly appreciated.
