Redirect to a new interface using a button..

well, it sounds you need some basic knowledge. But anyways, you can design the complete interface in your code without using Interface Builder. If you're going to use Interface Builder you still need a few lines of code to switch from one view to the other. May be one of the build in XCode-Templates will do it.

To learn iOS developpment I think that the best solution is to begin with Apple Sample.

With this one you learn to use each native objects.

i'm affraid this is to complex to be answered in this thread. As Bigstorm allready said you should read sample-code provided by apple. Second, i suggest to get hands on a good book to learn iOS development in generall.
