How can I change my apps into .ipa

I am beginner(and also Korean. So my English will bad.)... And I have some question.

How can I change my apps into .ipa that I made...

Well, you know what...

If we want to put apps in our iPad or iPhone or iPod, we need .ipa file..

So if I want to put my apps in to iPod,

what should I do?
