iHome radio not working! Driving me NUTS!

Hi. So I have the iHome iP9 and it was working perfectly last night. My friend tried to put her iPod Nano 5th generation and she couldn't get it at first. She finally got it and it started playing. Then I tried the radio and it didn't work. I tried her iPod on it again and it wouldn't play out of the iHome speakers. Then I tried my iPod touch 3rd generation and it played out of the speakers. I tried the radio again... Still nothing. I unplugged it from the iHome, the wall, everywhere! I tried putting backup batteries and still nothing happened! I listen to my iHome EVERY DAY for the radio and I'm really angry that it's not working and it's driving me absolutely nuts right now because I can't listen to the radio! Please help!!!! ~Thanks!(:

Michaela...same exact thing happened to me just last night. I did the troubleshooting the pamphlet suggests, and when that didn't work I called customer service. They weren't any help at all. Said they didn't know what to tell me. It's not under warranty because I've had it over a year, so they told me I could get it repaired. Happy happy joy joy.

My suggestion to you would be to get the iheartradio app. It's actually made my radio experience better because now I can tag songs for downloading. I believe a WiFi connection is necessary for it to work though. Good luck!

I came home from camp 2 days ago and it started working again but then I put my iPod on it and it stopped... So repairing it wouldn't help much...
