iTunes Store error 504

The store just keeps showing a loading bar up the top and eventually it comes up with the error code "504".

I have restarted iTunes and problem persists.

Also iTunes is up to date (10.3.1) and system also. The only things are NOT up to date are new iLife '11 updates and GarageBand Instruments update.
