How to transfer Netscape 7.1 Mail emails to Apple’s Mail?

I hope this is the proper place to post this. I looked for a section called Mail but there isn't one as far as I can tell - perhaps I overlooked it.

I have been using an old app for emails that was part of Netscape 7.1. It just worked and I just continued using it. Now of course Lion will not support this. Is there a way to batch transfer folders of old emails directly to corresponding new folders in Mail? I know I can forward each one to myself one at a time - but this could take a long time. I have tried dragging the content but this did not work.
