When Lion is released, will it be included with new Mac's or only available as a download - providing Snow Leopard is already installed?
I ask this because I'm getting ready to purchase a Mac Mini and I need to know if I have a time crunch to be sure I get Snow Leopard.
Once Lion is released Apple will start pre-installing it on newly produced Macs. However, if you purchase a new Mac that comes with Snow Leopard pre-installed then you will get a redemption coupon allowing you a free download of Lion.

It would depend on where you bought it. Macs with Lion pre-installed may not yet be in local store inventories, but as soon as Lion is released it will be pre-installed on new inventory.
If you don't want one with Lion pre-installed then I would make your purchase ASAP.
