New Mac Pro entering a stable Leopard environment

Hello all,

We are running XSAN 2.2.1, Leopard 10.5.8, and Final Cut 6.0.6 with fiber connections. We had to replace an aging G5 with a new intel Mac Pro 12 core. However, that computer obviously has Snow Leopard installed. Final Cut Server and the MDC controller both are running Leopard. Will the inclusion of this new Snow Leopard computer cause problems for us or do we need to upgrade everything to Snow Leopard?
