The local Apple Authorised office said that the hard drive crashed for reasons unknown to them and they cannot retreive the data!
Is there any other way it is possible to get back everything from the hard drive?!😐

Depending on what happend to the hard drive these companies should be able to pull your data off the drive.
I think it ranges from $2-500 for the service though....

I don't know why you're replying to an 18-month old thread.
According to the link, that tool is for Windows-formatted drives only. It won't work on a Mac.
